Booking & Reservations

Reservation Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. You'll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods.

Age Requirement: Primary guests must be 21 years or older to make a reservation.

Accurate Information: Guests must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Standard Cancellation: Cancel up to 48 hours before check-in for a full refund

Late Cancellation: Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a one-night charge

No-Show: Full booking amount will be charged for no-shows

Weather/Emergency: Special considerations may apply for extreme weather or emergency situations

Processing Time: Refunds typically process within 5-7 business days

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in Time: Standard check-in is 3:00 PM. Early check-in may be available upon request.

Check-out Time: Standard check-out is 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available with prior arrangement.

Smart Access: Digital keys will be sent via email or text 2 hours before check-in.

ID Verification: Valid government-issued ID required at check-in for all guests.

Property Use & Guidelines

Occupancy Limits: Properties must not exceed maximum occupancy as stated in your booking

No Smoking: All Stay Del Rey properties are strictly non-smoking

Pets: Pet policies vary by property. Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees

Noise Policy: Quiet hours are 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM out of respect for neighbors

Events: Parties and large gatherings are prohibited without prior written consent

Amenities & Services

Pool & Fitness: Use of pool and fitness facilities is at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.

Wi-Fi: Complimentary ultra-fast Wi-Fi is provided. Use must comply with acceptable use policies.

Housekeeping: Fresh linens and towels provided. Extended stays may include mid-stay cleaning.

Concierge: 24/7 concierge service available for recommendations and assistance.

Liability & Damages

Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear

Personal Belongings: Stay Del Rey is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items

Third-Party Services: We are not liable for services provided by third-party vendors or activities

Force Majeure: Stay Del Rey is not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Privacy & Data Use

Security Monitoring: Properties may have security cameras in common areas for safety purposes

Data Collection: We collect information necessary to provide our services as outlined in our Privacy Policy

Marketing: You may opt out of marketing communications at any time

Dispute Resolution

Communication First: We encourage direct communication to resolve any issues during your stay

Formal Complaints: Written complaints should be submitted within 30 days of your stay

Mediation: Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in California
